מידע שנמסר בעת הזמנה או פנייה
בעת הזמנה או פנייה לשירות, אנו מטפלים בפרטים שתמסרו לצורך הפעולה: שם, פרטי קשר, כתובת מסירה כשנדרשת, פרטי שעון או אביזרים שנבחרו, תכולת סל, פרטי הזמנה, סכומים וסטטוס תשלום, ותוכן הפנייה. מסירת הפרטים לצורך הזמנה תלויה בבחירתך לרכוש; בלי הפרטים הנחוצים לא נוכל להשלים את הפעולה או את המסירה. אין חובה למסור מידע שאינו נחוץ לפעולה. מספר זהות או מסמך לזכאות מיוחדת ייאספו רק כשנחוצים למטרה מוגדרת ובערוץ מתאים, ולא כחלק משאלת FAQ כללית.
מידע טכני, סל ושמירות בדפדפן
החנות פועלת על Shopify. לצורך תפעול ואבטחה עשויים להיקלט נתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP, דפדפן, מכשיר, מזהי סל ומידע על השימוש בחנות. השילובים שבחרת לשמור נשמרים באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן במכשיר הזה; אין סנכרון אוטומטי לחשבון, למכשירים אחרים או לקישור שיתוף. אפשר למחוק את השמירות בכלי האתר או במחיקת נתוני האתר בדפדפן. מחיקת שמירה מקומית אינה מוחקת הזמנה שכבר בוצעה.
למה משתמשים במידע
אנו משתמשים במידע לניהול הסל וההזמנה, אימות תשלום, אספקה או תיאום איסוף, מתן שירות, טיפול בביטול או החזרה, התאמת מסמכי העסקה, מניעת שימוש לרעה, אבטחה וקיום חובות דין. לא נשתמש בפרטי ההזמנה כתחליף להסכמה נפרדת לקבלת פרסום.
Shopify ו־Grow
Shopify מספקת את תשתית החנות והקופה ומעבדת נתוני חנות, סל, לקוח והזמנה בהתאם לתפקידה ולהגדרות השירות. Grow/משולם משמשת כספק התשלום: לצורך תשלום יועברו פרטי העסקה והמידע הנחוץ לעיבוד התשלום, והמידע שתמסרו בדף התשלום יטופל גם לפי מדיניות Grow. אנו מקבלים נתוני תוצאה ואסמכתאות לצורך התאמת ההזמנה. אין למסור מספר כרטיס מלא, קוד אבטחה או פרטי חשבון במענה השירות באתר. מסמכים חשבונאיים מטופלים לפי פרטי העסקה והשירות החשבונאי שהוגדר בפועל.
אם מוצגת בקופה אפשרות תשלום ב־PayPal ובחרתם בה, פרטי העסקה והמידע הנדרש לביצוע התשלום מועברים ל־PayPal ומטופלים גם בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה. אפשרויות התשלום הזמינות להזמנה מוצגות בקופה.
Bundler, Appstle וספקי תפעול
Bundler משמשת למסלולי חבילות והנחות, ו־Appstle Pickup & Delivery למסלולי איסוף והטבות הקשורות אליהם. בעת שימוש באפשרויות אלה, ספקי האפליקציות רשאים לעבד נתוני סל, מוצר, הנחה, הזמנה ומידע תפעולי הנחוץ לשירות בהתאם להרשאות שהוענקו להם. פרטי קשר ומסירה יועברו לספק שילוח רק לצורך ביצוע המסירה ולספק שירות רק ככל שנדרש לטיפול בפנייה. גישה של ספק אינה הרשאה מצידנו להשתמש במידע למטרה בלתי קשורה.
מיקום עיבוד ושיתוף נוסף
ספקי תשתית ואפליקציות עשויים לעבד או לאחסן מידע גם מחוץ לישראל. נעביר מידע לספקים לצורך השירות ובכפוף להסדרים ולדין החלים. מידע עשוי להימסר גם כשהדין מחייב זאת או לצורך בירור מחלוקת והגנה על זכויות. איננו מבקשים הסכמה גורפת למסירת המידע לכל צד או לכל מטרה רק בשל עצם הגלישה.
עוגיות ובחירות פרטיות
תשתית החנות עשויה להשתמש בעוגיות ובאחסון דפדפן לצורך סל, העדפות, אבטחה ותפקוד. אפשר לנהל עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן; חסימת רכיבים חיוניים עלולה לפגוע בפעולה שביקשת לבצע. כלי מדידה או שיווק שאינם נדרשים לתפקוד יופעלו רק בהתאם לדין ולהעדפות שיוצגו בממשק הפרטיות. אין בהסכמה לתנאי קנייה הסכמה אוטומטית לדיוור שיווקי.
שירות והודעות
העזרה באתר מציגה תשובות כלליות מתוך FAQ ואינה מאמתת מידע אישי על הזמנות. במקרה שדורש בדיקה אישית אפשר לפנות 050-3553311. עדכונים הנחוצים להזמנה והודעות שירות נפרדים מפרסום. אם תבחרו להירשם לדיוור, ההסכמה תהיה נפרדת ואפשר יהיה לבטל אותה באמצעות דרך ההסרה שבהודעה או בפנייה אלינו; הסרה מפרסום לא תמחק רשומה שנדרשת לטיפול בהזמנה או לפי דין.
שמירת מידע ואבטחה
נשמור מידע ככל שנדרש למטרות שלשמן נאסף, לשירות ולתיעוד עסקה, ולחובות שמירה לפי דין. נבחן מחיקה או צמצום של מידע שאינו נחוץ עוד, בכפוף לצורך לשמור תיעוד חשבונאי, לטפל במחלוקת או לעמוד בחובה חוקית. ננקוט אמצעי אבטחה והרשאות מתאימים; אין בכך הבטחה להגנה מוחלטת או לשמירת נתונים באזור גאוגרפי מסוים.

Providing order information depends on your choice to purchase; without the necessary details we cannot complete the requested action or delivery. You do not have to provide information that is unnecessary for that action. An identity number or evidence of special eligibility will be collected only when needed for a defined purpose and through an appropriate channel, not as part of a general FAQ question.
Technical data, baskets and saved combinations
The shop runs on Shopify. For operation and security, technical data may be collected, such as your IP address, browser, device, basket identifiers and information about use of the shop. Combinations you choose to save are stored in this browser’s local storage on this device; they do not automatically sync to an account, other devices or a sharing link. You can delete saved combinations using the site tools or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Deleting a local saved combination does not delete an order already placed.
Why we use information
We use information to manage baskets and orders, verify payment, deliver purchases or arrange collection, provide service, handle cancellations or returns, reconcile transaction documents, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet legal duties. We will not use order details as a substitute for separate consent to receive advertising.
Shopify and Grow
Shopify provides the shop and checkout infrastructure and processes shop, basket, customer and order data according to its role and the service settings. Grow/משולם is the payment provider: transaction details and information needed to process payment are passed to it, and information you submit on the payment page is also handled under Grow’s privacy policy. We receive payment results and references to reconcile the order. Do not provide a full card number, security code or bank account details through website customer support. Accounting documents are handled according to the transaction details and the accounting service actually configured.
If PayPal is offered at checkout and you choose it, the transaction details and information needed to process payment are shared with PayPal and also handled under its privacy policy. The payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Bundler, Appstle and operational providers
Bundler supports bundles and discounts, and Appstle Pickup & Delivery supports collection options and associated offers. When these features are used, the app providers may process basket, product, discount, order and operational information necessary for the service, in accordance with the permissions granted. Contact and delivery details will be passed to a delivery provider only to fulfil the delivery, and to a service provider only as needed to deal with an enquiry. A provider’s access does not constitute permission from us to use information for an unrelated purpose.
Processing location and other disclosures
Infrastructure and app providers may process or store information outside Israel. We pass information to providers for the service, subject to the applicable arrangements and law. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to resolve a dispute and protect rights. We do not seek blanket consent to disclose information to any party for any purpose simply because you browse the site.
Cookies and privacy choices
The shop infrastructure may use cookies and browser storage for baskets, preferences, security and functionality. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential elements may affect the action you requested. When you use the shop’s Shopify Inbox chat, COLOR uses a Shopify AI assistant. Shopify processes customer data, including chat messages, to generate responses and improve the assistant’s quality over time. COLOR staff can view messages and conversation history.
You must sign in as prompted before the assistant shares order information. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers or security codes in chat.

Технические данные, корзина и сохранённые сочетания
Магазин работает на Shopify. Для работы и безопасности могут собираться технические данные: IP-адрес, браузер, устройство, идентификаторы корзины и сведения об использовании магазина. Сочетания, которые вы сохраняете, остаются в локальном хранилище этого браузера на этом устройстве; автоматической синхронизации с аккаунтом, другими устройствами или ссылкой для обмена нет. Их можно удалить средствами сайта или очисткой данных сайта в браузере. Удаление локально сохранённого сочетания не удаляет уже оформленный заказ.
Для чего используются данные
Мы используем информацию для управления корзиной и заказом, проверки оплаты, доставки или согласования самовывоза, обслуживания, обработки отмен и возвратов, сверки документов по сделке, предотвращения злоупотреблений, безопасности и выполнения требований закона. Данные заказа не заменяют отдельное согласие на получение рекламы.
Shopify и Grow
Shopify предоставляет инфраструктуру магазина и оформления покупки и обрабатывает сведения о магазине, корзине, покупателе и заказе согласно своей роли и настройкам сервиса. Grow/משולם является платёжным провайдером: ему передаются сведения о сделке и информация, необходимая для обработки платежа; данные, которые вы указываете на странице оплаты, обрабатываются также согласно политике Grow. Мы получаем результат платежа и его реквизиты для сверки заказа. Не сообщайте полный номер карты, код безопасности или банковские реквизиты в поддержке сайта. Учётные документы обрабатываются на основании сведений о сделке и фактически настроенного бухгалтерского сервиса.
Если при оформлении заказа предлагается оплата через PayPal и вы выбираете её, сведения о сделке и информация, необходимая для обработки платежа, передаются PayPal и обрабатываются также в соответствии с её политикой конфиденциальности. Доступные для вашего заказа способы оплаты отображаются при оформлении.
Bundler, Appstle и операционные подрядчики
Bundler используется для комплектов и скидок, а Appstle Pickup & Delivery — для вариантов самовывоза и связанных предложений. При использовании этих функций поставщики приложений могут обрабатывать данные корзины, товаров, скидок, заказа и необходимые служебные сведения в рамках предоставленных разрешений. Контакты и адрес доставки передаются службе доставки только для выполнения доставки, а поставщику услуг — только в объёме, необходимом для обработки обращения. Доступ подрядчика не означает нашего разрешения использовать сведения для посторонних целей.
Место обработки и другие случаи передачи
Поставщики инфраструктуры и приложений могут обрабатывать или хранить данные за пределами Израиля. Мы передаём сведения подрядчикам для оказания услуг с учётом применимых договорных условий и закона. Передача также возможна по требованию закона, для урегулирования спора или защиты прав. Само посещение сайта не означает, что мы запрашиваем безусловное согласие на передачу сведений любым лицам для любых целей.
Файлы cookie и настройки конфиденциальности
Инфраструктура магазина может использовать файлы cookie и хранилище браузера для корзины, предпочтений, безопасности и работы функций. При использовании чата Shopify Inbox в магазине COLOR применяется ИИ-помощник Shopify. Shopify обрабатывает данные покупателей, включая сообщения в чате, для подготовки ответов и улучшения качества помощника со временем. Сотрудники COLOR могут просматривать сообщения и историю переписки.
Прежде чем помощник предоставит сведения о заказе, потребуется войти в аккаунт по инструкции в чате. Не отправляйте пароли, коды подтверждения, полные номера карт или коды безопасности.
