What is included in the price?
A case and strap do not include a watch. All special-kit prices are per kit. A watch is included only with Watch only or Watch + case and strap.
How do I receive the launch gift?
Choose a watch and a bio case and strap kit, then add both to your bag. One complimentary kit per watch; no code needed. Product discounts cannot be combined. Metal, carbon and full-cover kits are excluded. If the gift is on pre-order, the whole order will arrive together within 14 business days of payment.
What comes with the watch, and what is the warranty?
A full set, with an invoice and receipt from Techno Digital Ltd. A two-year Swatch warranty from the date the watch is stamped, subject to the warranty certificate and manufacturer terms. Purchasing from us does not restart the warranty period.
What are the strap and case made from?

Which buckle is included?
Straps with a standard buckle are supplied with a silver buckle unless the product specifies otherwise. Carbon kits use a clasp. The case colour does not determine the buckle colour.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery in Israel costs ₪50 and is free from ₪500. In-stock orders placed by 12:00: within 48 hours on business days. Pre-orders: delivery in Israel within 14 business days of payment. Contact us before ordering to arrange collection in Hadera: 050-3553311.

How do I choose the right fit?
Choose your watch model. Lan Ba and OTG Roz have a crown at 3; the other models have it at 12. Select an accessory for the model and crown position. For compatibility details, see the product description or email color@mendozalondon.com.
What comes with the full-cover kit?
A cover for both sides of the watch and one choice: a matching metal bracelet or a strap in one of 11 colours. Silver, gold, rose gold and black describe finishes. The watch is not included.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter COLOR10 in your bag. New email subscribers receive 10% off full-price accessories on their first purchase. A ₪600 kit costs ₪540 with free delivery in Israel. Watches excluded; no combined product discounts. Eligibility and the final total are confirmed at checkout.
How do I arrange collection or get help?
Contact us on 050-3553311 before ordering to arrange collection in Hadera. For customer service, email color@mendozalondon.com. The exact collection location is provided when arranging collection.
Do you deliver internationally?
International ordering is not open yet. We are preparing delivery to eligible destinations within 14 business days. Countries, delivery charges and import-tax arrangements will be confirmed before international orders open.
Which currency will I pay in?
Current prices and payments are in Israeli shekels (ILS). Selecting English does not change the currency.
How much does each style cost?
Strap only ₪350; bio case with strap ₪600; metal case with strap ₪800; carbon case with strap ₪1,000; full-cover kit ₪1,200. Prices are per unit, without the watch. Available colours and options appear in the selector. Delivery in Israel is free from ₪500 after discounts; otherwise ₪50.
How do I request a cancellation, return or fault check?
Email color@mendozalondon.com or call +972 50-3553311. Include your order number, if available, and a short description. Marketing sign-up is not required. A cancellation notice does not confirm that a refund has been completed; handling is checked against the order and policy.
